The exhibition “No Contentworries” is an effort to breakthrough this very contemporary and intriguing approach and practice of art that is gradually surpassing the dogmatic rules of aesthetics, breaking all tenets of essentialism and reaching out beyond borders. Aakriti Art Gallery took the initiative of inviting fourteen artists from different corners of the country who have been engaged in such a practice of articulating a universal approach of execution of art breeding a space for spontaneous reciprocation through individual imageries and language. Barun Chowdhury, Saptarshi Naskar, Priyanka Lahiri, Nobina Gupta, Nantu Behari Das, Ketan Amin, Somit Gupta, Mansoor Ali, Pappu Bardhan, Sandip Daptari, Debashis Datta, Vivek Sharma, Sagar Bhowmik and Partha Guin are the participating artists of this show. They are young contemporary artists working in the medium of their choice evolving with the dynamism of subjectivity to reach out the whole world a language of their own. All of them have been doing this for quite a few years more or less within their professional career of nearly a decade and a bit more.
